The Role
- Identifying and connecting with suitable candidates via various social media platforms and business networks, such as LinkedIn and Xing
- Qualifying potential candidates and assessing there suitability for your client and their open vacancy
- Scheduling interviews
- Preparing and debriefing candidates before and after their interview
- Aiding in salary negotiations
- Commission structure up to 30% flat rate per month. No ‘desk fee’
- 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays
